Friends,

Great news! An independent poll released yesterday shows Nikki with a commanding lead, and proves what we have known all along - Nikki's message works! This is a shot in the arm to our campaign and we are more excited than ever before to win tomorrow. You can see the full poll results here.

These poll numbers are a direct result of your support, but that support must translate into votes tomorrow. Please make it a personal goal to tell 10 of your friends about Nikki and ask them to vote for her tomorrow. Our grassroots movement has worked so far and we can't stop now. Keep the movement going! If you have questions about where to vote or need help getting to the polls, please email taylor@nikkihaley.com.

As we get closer and closer to Election Day, we still need your financial support. Nikki has fought off the establishment attacks so far, but I can assure you that more will come.

Could you contribute $3,500, $2,000, $1,000, $500, $250, $100, or $50 today to help Nikki's message reach every South Carolina voter?

Don't forget to show Nikki's strength by attending a "Join the Movement" rally today! You can see the schedule here.

Your support has truly been inspirational and we look forward to celebrating victory with you tomorrow night! Get out the vote!

Best,

Tim Pearson
Campaign Manager

Henry McMaster--
I know what it takes to face big challenges during tough times. It takes integrity, character and leadership. It takes someone who's not afraid to think big, to be bold and to try new and innovative approaches; it takes a strong team with a strong experienced leader.

That's why I ask you to join me in supporting my friend Henry McMaster for Governor.

Henry and I served together under President Ronald Reagan and his leadership as your Attorney General has been extraordinary. His conservative credentials are impeccable.

Whether it's leading the fight against President Obama's takeover of healthcare, prosecuting Internet predators, recovering millions of taxpayer dollars, cracking down on domestic violence and standing up for the Constitution, Henry has shown that he is a conservative leader who can get things done.

I feel so strongly that my friend Henry will make an outstanding Governor - I ask you to consider two requests:

1. Cast your vote for Henry in the Republican Primary on Tuesday.

2. Forward this message to 10 friends and urge them to support Henry too!

Henry's conservative leadership, experience and positive vision for South Carolina offers the Republican Party the best chance for victory in November.

Thank you for considering this important request.

Sincerely,
Rudy Giuliani

Bauer passes polygraph exam
Urges others to follow suit in the interest of openness and honesty.

Lt. Gov Andre Bauer has taken a polygraph exam to refute accusations made against him last week by opponent Nikki Haley.

“I’m not willing to have that kind of false accusation go unchallenged,” Bauer said. “She made a false accusation about me, and I wanted to prove that I was telling the truth.”

In a debate last week, Haley accused Bauer of being responsible for charges of marital infidelity against her. Bauer denied the accusation, and challenged Haley to take side-by-side lie detector tests to prove who’s telling the truth. Haley refused to take a lie detector test, but Bauer volunteered to submit to a polygraph test without her.

“The people have the right to know who’s telling the truth,” Bauer said. “This is transparency in government.”

“How can the voters of South Carolina be expected to make informed decisions Tuesday with this giant cloud of doubt hanging over us,” Bauer said. “I have done my part. Now its up to others.”

Bauer said taking three hours from his campaign schedule for the polygraph was a distraction. “But the people have a right to know who’s telling the truth. And the people’s right to know is more important than a three hour distraction.”

“This is about protecting my integrity, and about the people’s right to know the truth,” said Bauer.

“The voters now know that I had absolutely nothing to do with the unfortunate revelations made about Ms. Haley in the last two weeks,” said Bauer.

Sunday night, Bauer submitted to and passed an examination in Columbia, administered by an independent, FBI certified polygrapher. The initial verbal report was issued at the conclusion of the exam, and the final written report is expected to be issued later Monday morning. Later Monday, a second, independent certified polygrapher will review the polygraph charts to verify the result.

The final exam will be turned over to a Columbia TV Station which had earlier expressed interest in providing polygraph exams for others.
